Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Times

KINU ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–12 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 8–12 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. KINU is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $4.95 USD for all orders. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. KINU has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KINU is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. KINU is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at contact@trykinu.com. Address changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched.
